Richard has been a Franchise Owner for The Hull Team since 2022. He has been married to Kristin for over 20 years and they have 3 wonderful children. In Richard’s spare time he enjoys cooking, working out, hiking, and spending time with family.

Mason Hull
Home Inspector

Mason brings two years of experience with The Hull Team and has become a trusted part of how we operate. He is an active National Guard member, and the discipline and work ethic that comes with that service shows up every day on the job. He also brings years of hands-on experience in renovations and property work, which made the transition into home inspection a natural one.

After completing his licensing training, Mason hit the ground running, and it shows. He has a sharp eye for detail and the kind of steady, methodical approach that comes from years of working with his hands.

When he's not on the job, you'll find Mason deep in a video game, across the chess board from anyone willing to take him on, or at the gym.

Candi Horsley
Client Experience Coordinator

Raised in a small Southern town, Candi found her way to Montana for the mountains, fresh air, and a life she loves. She's deeply family-oriented — happily married with amazing girls — and as at home outdoors as she is behind the scenes making sure every client feels taken care of.

As Client Experience Coordinator, Candi serves as the bridge between clients and the inspection process, bringing warmth and intention to every interaction along the way.

Morgan Hull
Marketing Manager

Morgan manages marketing for the Hull family's Pillar to Post franchise from across the country — and yes, if you catch her in Indiana, it's probably a holiday. With a background in project management, she brings the same love of process, people, and problem-solving to everything she does for the brand.

Outside of work, Morgan is happiest outdoors with her dog Daisy Mae and boyfriend Preston — hiking, biking, and touching grass whenever possible. She spends her weekends volunteering at her local food pantry, picking up trash on the beach and trails, and when she's not outside, she's in the kitchen — cooking for the people she loves and hunting down her next favorite recipe.

She feels lucky to have started this journey working alongside her dad and brother — and believes the team they're building together is what makes this company truly special.

Brandon Dees
Home Inspector

Brandon was born in Centralia, Illinois, and grew up in Indianapolis, where he graduated from Warren Central. Today, he and his wife of 16 years are raising their three boys on a hobby farm near Clay City, slowly building it into something the whole family can be proud of.

Brandon grew up doing framing work with family, which eventually led him to running his own remodeling business. Life took the family to Cortez, Colorado for six years to help care for his wife's grandmother — one of those seasons that shaped them. When it was time to come back to Indiana, they wanted land and a slower pace, so they found a spot that splits the difference nicely: halfway between his dad's family in Mt. Vernon, Illinois and his four siblings back in Indianapolis.

That's when Brandon connected with Richard at Pillar to Post, and it was a natural fit. His years of repairing and building homes gave him a strong foundation for this work — and he genuinely enjoys it. There's something satisfying about walking through a home and knowing exactly what to look for.

When he's not on the job, you'll find Brandon fishing, hiking, kayaking, or just about anything else that gets him outside.
